This is the absolute best condo and location for Cabo! The condo is the perfect size for 2 people with all the amenities. The view of the the marina can’t be matched. Restaurants and shopping are everywhere within the immediate vicinity. Lauri and Troy are amazing and very accommodating! There’s no reason for me to stay anywhere else when I come back to Cabo!

My husband and I were staying at a resort next door but decided we wanted to stay in Cabo a few extra days. We booked this the day before staying and are so glad we did. The owners communicated with us very quickly and were very helpful and flexible. The view is awesome and the place was very clean and easy to get to. You are literally a few steps from your door to the marina so you don’t need a taxi to do anything. Great food, Médano beach and shopping are all around you. Highly recommend this location if you like to stay active and be around the hustle and bustle of down town.

The owner is the absolute best host! The place is tastefully decorated and very nice. The location couldn’t be better and the best part of all is the communication with the owner. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond the call of duty! We recommend this property to anyone wanting a great location for a great vacation!

My husband, and I stayed over New Year’s. Excellent location, easy to walk to beach and down town. Loved the patio view! Easy to communicate to owners.

The property is clean, well maintained, and is in a GREAT location. The star of the property is the balcony. The way it is offset from the other balconies makes you feel like you have the marina view to yourself. We spent a lot of time just sitting out there and watching the hustle and bustle of the marina with boats coming and going and marine life all over the place. There is some music down around the marina and the noise carries through the air, but it is not too loud and we enjoyed the ambiance. At night, with the sliding glass door closed, it was perfectly fine. We really enjoyed being able to look out at night and see all of the lights around the marina. There were a some stairs to get up to the unit, but even coming and going several times a day was not a problem. If this property is available next time we are in Cabo, it will be our first choice to stay.

We have travelled to Cabo numerous times but have never stayed in the marina until this trip. Was a great property to be close to restaurants and shopping, great deck overlooking the boats and overall a great accommodation. Owners are very responsive with any questions big or small.
